Hemalayaa teaches a combination yoga and bollywood style dance. Her special gift is a teaching style that invites students to embark on a journey to their own inner joy.

If you have been practicing yoga for a few years (at least), and/or are already a teacher of Yoga, you might want to consider deepening your practice with the ecstatic vitality that Hemalayaa Behl brings to yoga. She has a 5 day immersion that literally spice’s up your life and yoga practice.
We will be diving into these transformational yoga, dance & movement classes as a spiritual practice. Come to purely enjoy the process and practice, or, to become a certified teacher of Bollywood Vinyasa and Sacred Dance and Yoga (Final Practicum Required in order to gain Certification).
